Cove profile — first extrusion prototype
Early aluminum sample, diffuser options, and the decision to go matte black.
The first cove profile started as a off-the-shelf channel that never quite sat flush. We drew a tighter radius, added a light-leak baffle, and anodized matte black so the fixture disappears until it's on.
Photos and CAD exports will live here once the owner signs off on sharing shop work publicly.
